Traveling Local

In the past few years I have traveled to Hawaii, Seattle, San Jose, New York, San Francisco, Madrid and Guadalajara - and each vacation involved a trip to the airport, the high cost of an airline ticket and lots of vacation days. With the high cost of gas and the inconvenience of airport travel, I started looking at local destinations. What's in my back yard? That's what I hope to discover.
